We are seeking experienced Senior Business Development Associates with proven EdTech sales expertise to work with a premier online tech education platform. You will drive revenue growth by guiding working tech professionals through their upskilling journey.
Key Responsibilities
Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure
Reach out to prospects and consult them on career advancement through tech upskilling
Qualify prospects based on their career goals and recommend appropriate learning paths
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through consultative selling
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Mentor junior team members and share best practices
Analyze sales metrics and optimize conversion strategies
Must-Have Requirements
1-5 years of proven sales/business development experience
Minimum 1 year of EdTech industry experience (Mandatory)
Undergraduate degree in any stream (B.Tech preferred)
Excellent and proficient verbal and written English communication skills
Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets
Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
Age: Up to 30 years
Good-to-Have
Experience in K12 or higher education domain
Expertise in handling tech products/services
Experience handling ticket sizes above ?50,000
Proficiency with CRM tools and sales automation platforms
Understanding of technology career landscape
Previous experience with premium EdTech products
