About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and target-driven

Business Development Associate

to join our Bengaluru team.
This is a

pure inside sales role

, ideal for someone who excels at lead engagement, WhatsApp follow-ups, phone-based selling, and converting inquiries into successful sales.

If you have strong communication skills and proven telesales/inside sales experience, this opportunity is designed for you.

Key Responsibilities

Reach out to potential clients via WhatsApp and phone calls (no field work). Clearly explain platform features, benefits, and value proposition. Qualify leads, manage follow-ups, and move prospects through the sales funnel. Maintain accurate client information and updates in the CRM. Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements

1-2 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer relations. Excellent communication skills in

English and Hindi (mandatory)

. Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities. Confident, disciplined, and results-driven approach. Comfortable working in a structured, target-oriented environment.
