Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic

Business Development Associate (BDA)

to be the first point of contact for our visitors and prospective students. If you're passionate about communication, enjoy helping others, and have a flair for coordination and customer engagement, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist walk-in visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Provide clear information about classes, curriculum, schedules, and fees. Handle WhatsApp enquiries and respond promptly. Maintain and update basic data using Excel. Follow up with leads and help convert them into enrolled students. Collaborate with the internal team for smooth scheduling and communication.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written (English) Friendly, proactive, and customer-oriented approach. Basic knowledge of

Microsoft Excel

and

Canva

. Prior experience in front desk, sales, customer service, or academic counseling is a plus. Passion for music or education is an added bonus. Must be available to work on weekends.
