Bepec Solutions is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic

Business Development Associate (BDA)

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the company's growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential leads Schedule meetings, product demos, and follow-ups with Leads Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports as required Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and presentation abilities Basic understanding of sales, marketing, and business development concepts Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
