Business Development Executives
to join our Barasat office.
Job Responsibilities
Generate sales through
client meetings, cold calling, and email marketing
.
Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team for proposal and project execution.
Achieve monthly sales targets to qualify for attractive
commission-based incentives
.
Conduct follow-ups on leads and ensure client satisfaction post-sales.
Maintain proper records of calls, meetings, and client interactions in CRM or company records.
Participate in team discussions to strategize sales campaigns and improve lead generation.
Requirements
Minimum
2 years of experience
in sales or business development in an
IT company or Digital Marketing Agency
.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under target-driven environments.
Good understanding of
IT services
, including website design, SEO, social media marketing, and mobile app development.
Basic computer proficiency and email communication skills.
Freshers
