Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify potential clients through online research, networks, referrals, and industry platforms.
Reach out via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp outreach.
Generate qualified leads for digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media, Ads, Branding, Websites, etc.).
2. Sales & Client Acquisition
Conduct meetings with prospects to understand their business needs.
Present company services, case studies, pricing, and ROI-focused strategies.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate to close deals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
3. Client Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Work with internal teams (design, performance marketing, content) to deliver promised results.
Address client concerns and ensure high satisfaction.
4. Market Research & Strategy
Study competitor offerings and industry trends.
Identify new business opportunities (sectors, service gaps, packages).
Support in creating marketing strategies for lead generation.
5. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain CRM records of leads, follow-ups, and status updates.
Submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
Coordinate proposal documents and client onboarding materials.
Skills Required
Excellent communication & presentation skills
Strong negotiation and closing ability
Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, Ads, Social Media, Branding)
Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships
Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools
Self-motivated, target-driven, and good at time management
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
1-3 years of experience in sales/business development (preferably in digital or advertising industry)
