What Youll Do:

• Field Sales Role: Travel extensively to meet potential clients and onboard them to MXONs financial platform.
• Lead Generation: Build and grow a pipeline of leads, focusing primarily on referrals.
• Customer Onboarding: Engage with SMEs, understand their needs, and guide them through our credit solutions.
• Customer Verification: Conduct verification and ensure the smooth onboarding of customers.
• Sales Tracking: Document daily activities and track individual progress.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales manager and cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.

What Were Looking For:

• Experience: 1-3 years in B2B field sales, preferably in lending, FinTech, or payment gateway companies.
• Languages: Proficiency in Tamil or Kannada is essential, along with English and Hindi.
• Skills:
• Strong sales acumen and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently, think creatively, and handle dynamic environments.
• Knowledge of MS Office for reporting and presentations.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
