We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team at Vedic Cosmeceuticals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our client base, establishing new business relationships, and promoting our third-party manufacturing services to skin care and hair care brands. The role involves strategic planning, client acquisition, and ensuring smooth communication between the clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
1. Identify and approach new clients in the skincare and hair care industry who are interested in third-party manufacturing services.
2. Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
3. Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to expand the company's clientele.
Business Strategy:
1. Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the company's presence in the industry.
2. Understand market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position Vedic Cosmeceuticals' services.
Sales & Marketing:
1. Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure that promotional materials align with business goals and the target market.
2. Participate in product presentations and client meetings to showcase the company's services and capabilities.
Client Relationship Management:
1. Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
2. Coordinate with production and R&D teams to ensure client requirements are met and delivered on time.
Market Research:
1. Conduct market research to understand the needs of skin and hair care brands and adapt offerings accordingly.
2. Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement and new business opportunities.
Negotiation & Contract Management:
1. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients while ensuring that the terms are favorable to both the client and the company.
2. Prepare and present proposals to potential clients.
Reporting & Documentation:
1. Maintain detailed records of interactions with clients, leads, and business activities in CRM.
2. Provide regular reports on business development activities, lead generation, and sales performance.
Skills & Qualifications:
~ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
~ Proven experience in business development, preferably in the skin care, hair care, or manufacturing industry.
~ Strong knowledge of third-party manufacturing processes for personal care products.
~ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
~ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
~ Good understanding of the market dynamics and competition in the skin and hair care industry.
~ Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
~ Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
