Location:

Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh (Work from Office)

Shift:

Night Shift (Mandatory)

Experience:

1-3 years (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply)

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic

Business Development Executive

to join our growing team in Visakhapatnam. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, confidence in interacting with international (mainly U.S.) clients, and a passion for business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with potential clients via email, LinkedIn, and other online channels (no cold calling) Generate and manage business leads Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly goals

Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal English communication Strong interpersonal and presentation skills Self-motivated, target-oriented, and detail-driven Ability to work independently during night shifts
