We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Business Development to join our team at Axium Global. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry across international markets including the US, UK, Europe, Middle East and Australia.
This role involves working closely with the email marketing and tele-calling teams, managing MIS for reporting, and maintaining an organized database of leads. The candidate should possess a strong understanding of the pre-sales process within the AEC industry and have proven experience working in international markets
Key Roles and Responsibilities
:
Assist in identifying potential clients and market opportunities in the AEC sector across international markets
Develop and execute targeted lead generation campaigns via email marketing and phone calls to prospective clients in the US, UK, EUR, Middle East and Australia
Support the team in executing email outreach and cold-calling campaigns to generate leads
Maintain and update the CRM/MIS system with accurate information about prospects and interactions
Help in preparing reports on outreach activities, lead status and campaign performance
Stay informed about industry trends, market developments and competitors
Collaborate with senior team members to understand client needs and aid in communicating our value proposition
Follow up with prospective clients and schedule meetings or calls for senior team members
Contribute to building and maintaining a healthy database of potential leads
Qualifications and Experience Required
:
Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Architecture or related fields
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Enthusiastic, proactive and eager to learn about the AEC industry
Basic understanding of sales or business development processes is a plus, but training will be provided
Ability to work well in a team and maintain a positive attitude
Familiarity with email communication and basic MS Office tools
Motivated to develop skills in international markets and client engagement
Compensation
:
The selected candidate will receive competitive compensation and remuneration policies in line with qualifications and experience. Compensation will not be a constraint for the right candidate.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
