Key Responsibilities
Identify, connect, and build strong relationships with Indian and Australian travel & tour operators for villa sales.
Develop B2B partnerships with travel agents, DMCs, and wholesale travel companies to increase offline villa bookings.
Support the Business Development Manager in creating strategies to penetrate the Indian travel market.
Conduct regular follow-ups with partners to ensure conversion and repeat business.
Represent the company professionally in B2B networking events, exhibitions, and online/offline meetings (when required).
Track sales pipeline, update CRM, and prepare regular reports on leads, opportunities, and conversions.
Stay updated with travel industry trends and competitor activities in India & Australia.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in B2B sales
, preferably in travel, tourism, or hospitality.
Strong network and prior dealings with
travel agents, tour operators, and DMCs
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
Strong organizational and reporting skills.
Flexibility to attend occasional in-person meetings or events in Delhi/NCR.
