Job Summary:



We are looking for a

Business Development Executive (Fresher)

to help our company grow. The role includes finding new clients, following up on leads, and maintaining records through our

CRM system

.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and contact potential clients through calls, emails, or online platforms. Explain company products or services to customers. Maintain and update client information in the

CRM software

. Follow up with clients regularly to build and maintain relationships. Assist the sales team with proposals, quotations, and follow-ups. Achieve weekly and monthly lead or sales targets.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in any field (Business or Marketing preferred). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet). Willingness to learn CRM tools (like Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce). Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
