Position: Field Assistant Manager - Franchisee Business Development

Locations: Indore, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, Pune, Mumbai & Bhopal

Job Type: Full-Time (Field Role)

CTC: ₹7 Lakhs + Attractive Incentives

Gross Salary (Per Month): ₹51,627

Work Agreement: 2 Years

1) Job Overview

Drive MedPlus franchise expansion by identifying and converting local pharmacies into MedPlus Franchise stores.

2) What You'll Do?

Identify and assess potential franchise pharmacies

Conduct field visits and market mapping

Handle documentation, KYC, and franchise onboarding

Coordinate with Projects, IT, Operations for store readiness

Support franchisee training and store launch

Provide field insights and maintain MIS reports

3) Who Can Apply?

MBA/PGDM preferred

Looking for Immediate Joiners.

0-3 years of experience in Business Development, Retail Sales, Pharma Retail, or Field Operations

Strong communication skills in English and the Regional Language.

Willingness to travel within the assigned region
