The Business Development Manager/ Executive will drive institutional/ organizational growth through strategic planning, partnerships, and analytics-driven decision-making. The role demands expertise in interpreting data, identifying trends, and implementing strategies to boost brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to enhance partnerships and institutional/ organizational growth.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
Use analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, Google Analytics) for tracking and reporting KPIs.
Prepare dashboards and insights to support data-driven decision-making.
Design and evaluate marketing campaigns using analytical insights.
Build and maintain partnerships with schools, colleges, institutions, corporates, and catalyst.
Oversee CRM systems for business development process optimization.
Engagement with the students and make them friendly with analytics/ business development/ finance & accounting through simulation games, business plan, corporate story, panel discussions and industry engagement.
Make students aware of social media and digital media.
Skills & Competencies:
Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
Strong knowledge of analytics, CRM, and data-driven marketing.
Proficient in Financial Statement Analysis, Advanced Financial Modelling, and Leveraging AI/ML Tools for Forecasting and Business Decision Support.
Excellent communication (English & Hindi), negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strategic mindset with planning and execution capability.
Familiarity with the education branding process.
Educational Qualification:
Post Graduation in Management/ Computer Science/ Hospitality Management/ Social Science/ C.A./ Commerce/ Mathematics/ Statistics
Additional certification in Data Analytics or Digital Marketing will be preferred. C.A. Freshers will also be considered.
Experience:
Assistant Manager: 3-5 years of experience in Business Development
Executive: 0-3 years of experience in Business Development
