Job Title: Manager - Business Development (Ash Disposal and Logistics)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and knowledgeable Manager - Business Development (Ash Handling, Disposal and Logistics) to drive growth and build new business opportunites in the ash disposal segment. The ideal candidate

should have hands-on experience working with both Government and Private thermal power plants, with a strong

understanding of tendering processes, ash disposal rates, logistics costing, and disposal avenues.

This role is focused on expanding our client base, bidding for relevant tenders, and forming strategic partnerships to

strengthen our ash handling and logistics business.

Key Responsibilites:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities with government and private thermal power plants for ash handling and disposal. Lead the end-to-end tendering process including documentaton, bid preparaton, rate analysis, and submission. Develop and maintain relatonships with key stakeholders in the power, infrastructure, cement, and waste management sectors. Analyze ash disposal rates, transportation/logistics costs, and competitor pricing to support strategic bidding. Identify potential disposal avenues such as cement plants, construction companies, brick manufacturers, road contractors, and mines. Collaborate with internal teams including logistics, finance, legal, and operations to align business development efforts. Track policy changes, government notifications, and environmental regulations impacting ash disposal business. Provide regular updates to senior management on market trends, opportunity pipeline, and business conversion ratos
Qualificatons & Experience:

Any Degree with Minimum 3-15 years of experience in business development, specifically in ash handling, logistics, ash disposal management. Proven experience in dealing with thermal power plants, both government and private sector. Strong knowledge of ash disposal methods, tender procedures, rate negotation, and logistics planning. Excellent communicaton, negotation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and travel as required within the assigned region.

Pay: Up to ₹250,000.00 per month
