We are a recruitment company with operations in Dubai, providing end-to-end hiring solutions across various industries. To support our Dubai operations, we are looking for a motivated

Business Development cum Sales Executive

to join our Tirur office and drive client acquisition and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities for recruitment services in the UAE market. Make calls, send emails, and use networking strategies to approach potential clients. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business. Understand client hiring needs and coordinate with the recruitment team to deliver quality candidates. Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to achieve sales targets. Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions.

Requirements:

Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (recruitment/HR industry experience preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve targets. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). Willingness to work from the Tirur office to support Dubai operations.
