Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and driven professional to
scale sales & business development for our formulations business under LL manufacturing.
The role will involve identifying new business opportunities, onboarding customers (distributors, PCD partners, exporters), managing relationships, and driving revenue across domestic and select export markets.
Key Responsibilities
Drive
sales growth
for branded and generic formulations manufactured under Loan License
Develop and execute the
go-to-market strategy
for domestic institutional, trade (PCD/Franchise), and export segments
Build and manage a network of
channel partners, exporters, merchant traders, and tender buyers
Coordinate with production and supply chain teams to ensure timely execution of orders
Ensure compliance with regulatory and customer documentation requirements
Conduct market mapping, pricing benchmarking, and competitor analysis
Represent the company in trade shows, B2B events, and buyer-seller meets (India and overseas)
Explore
long-term alliances
and
contract manufacturing opportunities
Ideal Candidate Profile
5-10 years of experience in
pharma formulations sales
, BD, or export (preferably in LL setup or 3rd party manufacturing)
Strong understanding of domestic trade, PCD/franchisee network, or formulation exports (semi-regulated markets preferred)
Existing relationships with buyers and the ability to close business independently
Entrepreneurial mindset with a
long-term view to grow with the company
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
