About the Role



Spring Bio Solution is looking for an experienced and driven

Business Development and Sales Manager

to spearhead growth across

Europe, Turkey, the MENA region, and CIS countries

. Based in Mumbai, India, you'll be working closely with our U.S. and global teams to expand our pharmaceutical and clinical verticals, including

Reference Listed Drugs (RLDs), Comparator Sourcing, NG/G Tubes, LSPedia Serialization and Decentralized Clinical Trials (Strider DCT)

.

This is a high-visibility, client-facing role that combines

sales strategy, account management, and international business development

, with a focus on

regulatory-compliant B2B sales

in global healthcare markets.

Key Responsibilities



Market Development & Client Acquisition



Develop and execute tailored business development strategies for

Europe, Turkey, MENA, and CIS markets

. Identify, reach out to, and convert

potential clients

, including CROs, pharmaceutical companies including innovators & generic companies, and clinical trial sponsors. Revenue Generation: Generate and close B2B deals/POs across product lines including

RLDs, NG/G tubes, comparator sourcing

, and services offered by

LSPedia

and

Strider DCT

.

Client Relationship & Account Management



Act as a primary account manager for regional clients, ensuring clear communication, regular follow-ups, and long-term client satisfaction. Address customer queries with

technical, commercial, and regulatory understanding

in coordination with internal teams. Coordinate pricing discussions, proposal generation, and support documentation for clients.

Sales Operations & Internal Coordination



Work closely with internal teams including

regulatory, operations, logistics, and finance

to ensure smooth execution of orders and service delivery. Maintain updated trackers, sales records, and CRM entries for client communication, leads, and project status. Track and report on

sales performance

, market trends, and region-specific challenges or opportunities.

Strategic Expansion



Monitor competitor activity and evolving trends in healthcare, pharma, and clinical trials within the assigned regions. Explore

new partnerships, distributor networks

, and

supply chain opportunities

to expand the company's footprint in target markets. Collaborate with leadership to suggest

region-specific go-to-market strategies

and participate in virtual client meetings, industry webinars, and follow-ups.

Candidate Profile - Who You Are



Proactive and self-driven professional with experience in

international B2B sales

. Comfortable with

late evening hours

to align with European and U.S. clients. Experienced in working cross-functionally with remote and global teams. Loves to travel to different countries to meet with clients and has necessary visa flexibility.

Qualifications



Bachelor's or master's degree in

pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field

.

3-4 years

of experience in

international business development

, preferably in

pharmaceuticals, clinical research, or life sciences

. Prior experience with

Europe, Turkey, MENA, or CIS markets

is a strong advantage. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of other regional languages is a plus). Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar).
