Business Development & Marketing Manager
to drive outreach, partnerships, and brand visibility across Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities
Promote Hearzap's hearing aid products and hearing-care services in the Bengaluru region
Identify and onboard partnerships with hospitals, clinics, ENTs, corporates & educational institutions
Plan and execute local marketing events, awareness activities, and community engagement programs
Support digital, field, and on-ground marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence
Track BD activities, maintain reports, and meet monthly targets
Requirements
Any degree with
1-2 years of experience
(healthcare/medical device background preferred)
Fluency in
Kannada
is mandatory; English/Hindi is an added advantage
Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills
Must own a
two-wheeler
for field visits
Self-motivated and comfortable working in a target-driven role
