Role Overview:
We are looking for a
Business Development / Sales Executive
to join our Gurugram team and play a critical role in expanding our market presence in Delhi NCR ( Delhi- Gurugram- Noida- Faridabad). The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting on-site client meetings, product pitching, and closing deals across our software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Identify and target potential clients through research and networking.
Generate quality leads via cold calls, emails, and follow-ups.
Develop a robust pipeline of qualified leads for client meetings.
Client Acquisition:
Set up and schedule high-value meetings with prospects for the sales and strategy teams.
Present tailored solutions that align with client needs and business objectives.
Communication and Outreach:
Craft effective, persuasive, and professional email communication to engage prospects.
Make daily calls to establish rapport and qualify leads for meetings.
Relationship Management:
Maintain and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients.
Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams to ensure seamless communication.
Reporting and Analysis:
Track and report daily activities, including leads generated, calls made, and meetings scheduled.
Provide feedback to improve outreach strategies and overall performance.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in
new business development
and
lead generation
, preferably in the IT and Software Doamin.
Strong
business acumen
and exceptional
communication skills
, both written and verbal.
Expertise in
client relationship management
and
account management.
Knowledge of digital marketing trends, services, and techniques.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
to convert leads into clients.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
