Key Responsibilities
Business Development:
Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities to meet sales and revenue targets.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and partners.
Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and negotiate contracts.
Expand the company's presence in new markets and verticals.
Marketing & Strategy:
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and digital initiatives.
Conduct competitor analysis and identify market trends.
Work closely with the sales team to design go-to-market strategies.
Drive brand visibility through events, exhibitions, and client engagement activities.
Prepare regular performance reports and suggest data-driven improvements.
Key Skills & Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience
in business development, sales, or marketing.
Experience in
bathroom, sanitaryware, plumbing, or building materials industry
preferred.
Strong skills in
client relationship management, negotiations, and presentations
.
Ability to identify new opportunities and create
innovative marketing strategies
.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
