Key Responsibilities



Conduct engaging

software demonstrations

for prospective clients (online or onsite). Follow up professionally via

calls, emails, and WhatsApp

to nurture leads and close opportunities. Gather and communicate

client feedback

, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely updates, support, and client success. Promote

new product features and updates

to existing and potential customers. Prepare well-structured reports, summaries, and follow-up notes. Take complete

ownership

of assigned clients or projects to ensure end-to-end success.

Required Skills & Qualifications



1-4 years of experience in

Client Servicing, Pre-Sales, Business Development, or Customer Success

(preferably SaaS/B2B). Strong command over

spoken and written English and Hindi

; ability to write professional emails and reports. Confident in conducting

software demos and client presentations

. Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with

CRM tools & Google Workspace

. High sense of

ownership, accountability, and time management

. Knowledge of

sales, marketing, and business etiquette

.
