Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to grow referrals and partnerships.
Build relationships with referring physicians and healthcare networks.
Plan outreach events and awareness programs.
Coordinate patient evaluations, waitlist management, and care logistics.
Educate patients and families about the transplant process.
Oversee post-transplant follow-up and regulatory compliance.
