Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Business Development / Admin Intern

to support our team in day-to-day digital operations, marketing initiatives, and supporting administrative tasks. This role provides hands-on experience in executing marketing campaigns, managing internal processes, coordinating events, and contributing to company growth. Ideal for someone looking to gain a well-rounded understanding of both administrative functions and digital marketing in a dynamic IT environment.

Job Responsibility:



Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns to promote our IT products and services. Develop engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and other digital platforms. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs. Support branding and promotional activities, including events, webinars, and product launches. Identify and generate leads through various channels, including online research and networking. Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals for prospective clients. Build relationships with potential and existing clients, providing excellent customer service. Supporting and Assisting in office operations and administration. Maintain inventory of office supplies and handle vendor communication if necessary. Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to support marketing and operations teams. Helping hand in overall marketing and admin activities. Manage and organize documentation, reports, and internal communication.

Job Requirements:



Educational Qualification: Recent graduate or final-year student in B.Com, BBA, MBA, M.Com,BCA, MCA or related fields. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Smart, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset. Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative ideas. Digital Content creation and development. Basic understanding of digital marketing and sales techniques (preferred). Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of CRM software and digital marketing tools is a plus.

Salary Offered :



After training CTC will be 1.8 to 3.5 LPA (Based on Interview and Work performance)

During first 6 Months (Internship) : Rs. 5000 to Rs.10000 (For Freshers based on Interview)
