Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities (Tasks & Deliverables):
Central quote preparation
Evaluating RFQ received from sales for product. Generating quotes , revisions and Final quotes
Handling 6 regions and 30 sales members on a day to day basis.
Knowledge of INCO TERMS , Global pricing and scope revisions and cross checks of Quotes to market.
Corodination with local MDM team for pre booking process.
Lead management
To support leads registration in SF received from Internal sales & Service team , Business partners, Tradeshows and Digital leads
Overdue leads and opportunities report evey week | Funnel booster
Sales Force Key user roles
POC for SF operations in department.
New user SF induction and training
Troubleshooting errors and resolving with SF global team .
Communication on new SF features and training to internal team.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with various stakeholder teams of Sales , BD , Commercial , Finance to understand their analytical needs and support the development of dashboards and KPI cockpits using Power BI and PowerApps.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams to drive data-driven decision-making.
Digital Initiative Coordination:
Lead and coordinate digital initiative projects from the business side, focusing on enhancing data accessibility and visualization.
Ensure initiatives support end-to-end sales processes and address other sales-related topics.
Analytics - Sales
PC wise report generation for PC and PSM
Segment performance reports with Data , Segmentation mapping , customer info and application details /Monthly.
MIS reports for Sales performance | Monthly | PSM and marketing Dashboard for ROI spend.
Collaborate and provide support to Sales team to analyze sales data to identify trends, areas of concern, and opportunities for improvement
Dashboard management
Develop and maintain Power BI /Sales force /Excel dashboards and reports to visualize key sales performance indicators (KPIs).
Dashboards to reflect Sales , segments , Products and Lost order analysis
Ensure dashboards are user-friendly and provide meaningful insights to stakeholders.
Harmonisation of Multiple Data sources for Financial payouts
SAP data of orders and TO from Order processing
Finanace data of Orders , Revenue from IQS Finance Business manager
Sales force Opp won data from Product analyst
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of numbers between systems.
Education
Bsc /BE/ with a science background and data skills
Work Experience- 10+ years in a similar role handling CRM, SAP , Sales force as a central sales coordinator with direct interface to Sales team for requests.
Skill setsProficiency in Excel and data modeling within Power BI
Familiarity with data visualization best practices and user experience design principles
Working knowledge of UI/UX design to be able to implement interactive dashboards
Should be able to form good narrative (story telling) using their visualization capabilities
