We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Business Development Analyst to support our growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, create data-driven insights, and help implement strategies to expand the company's customer base and revenue. The role requires strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and a solid understanding of business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend evaluation to identify new business opportunities.
Gather, analyze, and interpret data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Develop business models, customer segmentation insights, and go-to-market strategies.
Support the creation of proposals, presentations, and pitch materials for prospective clients or partners.
Track business development performance metrics and prepare regular reports for leadership.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align business goals and execution.
Identify potential partnerships and assist in negotiations and relationship management.
Evaluate performance of existing initiatives and recommend improvements to maximize ROI.
Assist in forecasting revenue and analyzing financial impacts of business initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience (1-3+ years) in business development, market research, or data analysis roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Google Sheets, or similar).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple teams.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
Knowledge of project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana).
Background in the tech / SaaS / digital services industry.
