Role Overview:
We are seeking energetic and self-motivated Business Development Executives and Interns to join our team. The role involves lead generation, client follow-ups, and conversion through effective communication and strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new leads through online research, cold calling, and networking
Follow up with potential leads and nurture them through the sales pipeline
Convert leads into paying customers through consultative selling
Maintain records of client interactions and follow-ups
Assist in developing business growth strategies and client acquisition plans
Collaborate with the marketing and SEO teams for campaign execution
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand client needs and pitch relevant solutions
Basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus
Self-motivated and result-oriented
Fresher or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply
Internship Details:
Stipend: ?5,000/month
Duration: 3 months (may lead to a full-time role based on performance)
