Job Summary

We are looking for a

Business Development Manager (BDM)

with strong experience in

face-to-face counseling

skin, wellness, health, and fat reduction

domain. The role involves client counseling, team guidance, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct

face-to-face counseling

with clients for skin, wellness, health, and fat management services. Drive business development through client acquisition and conversion. Guide and support the counseling/sales team to achieve targets. Handle key clients and ensure high customer satisfaction. Monitor performance, prepare reports, and improve conversion ratios. Coordinate with clinical and operations teams for smooth service delivery.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and convincing skills. Strong experience in skin, wellness, health, or fat counseling. Leadership and team-handling ability. Target-oriented mindset with ethical practices.
