The Business Development Administrator will support the Business Development team in identifying opportunities, managing client interactions, preparing documentation, and ensuring smooth coordination of all business development activities. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of business proposals, presentations, and contracts.
Maintain and update client databases, CRM systems, and sales records.
Support in lead generation, prospecting, and follow-ups.
Coordinate meetings, calls, and business development events.
Track sales performance, prepare reports, and highlight pipeline opportunities.
Liaise with internal departments (finance, operations, legal) for seamless deal execution.
Handle correspondence, documentation, and administrative tasks for the BD team.
Conduct basic market research to support new initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in an administrative or business development support role.
Strong proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is an advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
