Primary Responsibilities
Business Growth and Partnership Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, collaborations, and partnerships aligned with Nao Medical's mission.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover new verticals and client prospects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, vendors, and potential clients.
Engage with stakeholders to understand needs and propose value-driven solutions.
Proposal and RFP Management
Lead and coordinate the full RFP process from identification to submission and follow-up.
Craft clear, persuasive, and tailored proposals that highlight Nao Medical's strengths and capabilities.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and meet submission deadlines.
Track proposal outcomes and identify opportunities to improve success rates.
Lead Generation and Client Engagement
Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
Proactively reach out to prospective clients through email, calls, and networking.
Present Nao Medical's offerings effectively to prospective partners and clients.
Support negotiations and contribute to closing deals that align with strategic goals.
Reporting and Collaboration
Maintain accurate records of leads, partnerships, and RFPs using CRM or internal tools.
Provide regular updates to leadership on business development metrics, wins, and challenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development initiatives with organizational priorities.
Job Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred but not required).
Experience and Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or RFP management.
Experience in the healthcare or technology sector is a plus but not required.
Strong proposal writing and presentation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-focused mindset.
Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new tools and systems quickly.
Self-motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented with a drive to deliver results.
Schedule Requirements:
Ability to work using Eastern Time, from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday.
Technical Requirements:
Reliable wired internet connection (100 Mbps minimum).
Computer/laptop with Intel Core i5 or Ryzen 5 processor, 8GB RAM minimum, and 128GB free storage.
Dual-screen setup preferred for enhanced productivity.
Operating system: Windows 10 or macOS (latest version).
Clear webcam (1080p or higher resolution) and microphone for communication.
