: Business Developer (Only For Women)

Responsibilities

Manage & update company social media accounts

Attend calls and respond to client inquiries

Follow up with leads & existing clients

Generate and convert new business opportunities

Build & maintain strong client relationships

Assist in preparing proposals & presentations

Bid on platforms like Freelancer, Upwork, etc.

Requirements

Proven experience in Business Development (IT industry preferred)

Excellent communication & negotiation skills (good English required)

Strong understanding of sales processes & client management

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive

Ability to manage calls & follow-ups efficiently
