Business Developer -

Job Role: Business Developer


Key Responsibilities:




Develop and execute growth strategies that align with the agency's long-term goals.
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities, focusing on high-value clients and strategic partnerships.
Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting and qualification to proposal development, pitching, and closing.
Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers at medium to enterprise-level companies.
Collaborate with marketing, strategy, and creative teams to craft tailored digital marketing solutions.
Oversee the creation of high-quality proposals, RFP responses, and sales materials.
Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
Provide mentorship to junior business development staff and contribute to a high-performance sales culture.
Report on KPIs and sales performance to senior leadership, offering insights for continuous improvement.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market shifts to identify new opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:




Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA is a plus.
5+ years of business development experience, with at least 2 years in a digital marketing or agency environment.
Demonstrated success in securing large contracts and meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Deep understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social, content, email, web design, etc.).
Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
