We are seeking an experienced

Business Development Manager

with proven expertise in

US IT Staffing

to drive

direct client empanelments

. The ideal candidate must have strong relationships with

end clients and implementation partners

(not just working through prime vendors) and should be able to generate new business opportunities by onboarding direct clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, target, and establish new direct client accounts for IT staffing and solutions. Build and maintain relationships with

hiring managers, procurement teams, and decision-makers

at client organizations. Develop and drive business strategies for

direct client empanelment

and long-term partnerships. Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of client requirements. Negotiate contracts, rates, and agreements with clients. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly business development targets.

Required Skills & Experience:

4-8 years of proven experience in

US IT Staffing Business Development

. Strong track record of

direct client acquisitions and empanelments

. Excellent network with

end clients, system integrators, and implementation partners

in the US. Deep understanding of

US hiring processes, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and visa classifications (H1B, GC, OPT, etc.)

. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and deliver results under minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

Existing portfolio of direct client contacts. Experience working with

large enterprises

(e.g., TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, Accenture, etc.). Prior experience working in

IT consulting firms or staffing agencies

Pay: ₹12,644.67 - ₹59,082.22 per month
