Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in expanding our IT outsourcing services and IT staff augmentation business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring domestic and international clients while also establishing a strong presence in the B2B market for IT services.

Responsibilities



Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business development objectives and revenue targets. Identify potential clients and opportunities for IT outsourcing and staff augmentation services. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers in target industries. Lead generation through LinkedIn, and other platform and Email Marketing. Lead the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing deals. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project transitions and client satisfaction. Write Proposal for portal like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru etc. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform business strategies. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our services and expand our network. Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, sales pipeline, and revenue forecasts to senior management. Exhibit accountability and assume ownership of client communication.

Skills Require:



Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles in the IT services industry, preferably in IT outsourcing or staff augmentation. Strong understanding of IT services, technologies, and solutions, with the ability to articulate value propositions to clients. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal teams. Strategic thinking and analytical skills to identify market opportunities, assess competitive landscapes, and formulate business strategies. Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and business objectives. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using CRM software, sales tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales roles, with a focus on IT services.
