About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Developer with a strong background in Electronics Manufacturing Systems (EMS) to drive business growth, expand client relationships, and identify new market opportunities. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in the electronics manufacturing sector and the ability to convert business leads into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and acquire new business opportunities within the electronics manufacturing domain.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and increase revenue streams.
Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, production, and supply chain) to deliver solutions tailored to client requirements.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and quotations.
Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with company policies and profitability targets.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Business Development within the Electronics Manufacturing Systems (EMS) industry.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, PCB assembly, and electronics production workflows.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the EMS sector.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel as required for business meetings and industry events.
