What You'll DoLead Generation & Outreach
Research potential clients across industries
Write personalized outreach emails with clarity and purpose
Maintain and update lead trackers daily
Build authentic relationships with decision-makers
Identify new opportunities, new industries, and new connection points
Meetings, Pitches & Closures
Fix meetings and join calls with confidence
Understand client requirements and create clean internal briefs
Support in preparing pitch decks, proposals, and budgets
Follow up timely and professionally; no loose ends
Move conversations from interest to intent
Brand Representation
Represent FridayFictionFilms in early conversations, meetings, events, and pitch calls
Communicate our strengths in filmmaking, storytelling, workshops, and creative strategy
Travel 1-2 days occasionally for meetings when needed
Internal Coordination
Work closely with the creative, content, and production teams
Bring clarity on timelines, deliverables, and expectations
Ensure briefs, proposals, and communication are accurate and well-structured
Keep everyone aligned when things get fast or chaotic
What You Must Bring
1-4 years experience in business development, sales, client servicing, or account management
Excellent written and spoken English
Confident presence on calls and in meetings
Strong research skills, curiosity about companies and industries
Comfort with Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides
Bonus: Any exposure to film, media, content, or agency environments
