We are seeking a passionate Business development Associate Entry/Fresher Level.

Experience: 0-1 year

Key Focus: Lead generation, outreach, support role, learning & execution

Responsibilities (specific to BDA):

Conduct market research & identify potential leads.
Responsible for individual target achievement
Cold calling, WhatsApp/email outreach, and initial follow-ups.
Handle & follow up on company-provided leads properly.
Maintain CRM data entry and basic pipeline management.
Assist seniors in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
Coordinate with marketing for campaign execution.
Create short video content for social media (product promo / education tips).
Support the team in achieving individual & team targets.
Qualifications:

Any Bachelor's degree (Arts, Science, Business, etc.).

0-1 year experience (fresher can apply).

Good communication & basic MS Office/Google Sheets knowledge.

Eager to learn sales & EdTech domain.
