We are a results-driven digital marketing agency focused on helping businesses scale online through performance marketing, SEO, social media, branding, and more. We're looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Associate to join our growing team.

Role Overview:

As a Business Development Associate, you will play a vital role in identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This is a client-facing role involving lead generation, sales pitching, and closing deals in the digital marketing domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp campaigns, and networking. Pitch digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Web Development, and Branding to potential clients. Schedule and attend client meetings (virtual and in-person if required). Understand client needs and propose customized marketing solutions. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term success. Collaborate with internal teams (Designers, Content Creators, Ads Specialists) to align client expectations. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Maintain records of all sales activities using CRM or spreadsheets. Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and competitors' strategies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field ( Optional ) 0.6 - 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing (preferably in a digital marketing agency). Excellent communication and negotiation skills (spoken & written). Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts. Self-driven with a go-getter attitude and a problem-solving mindset. Comfortable with field sales going to client's location and attending client meetings when necessary ( Mandatory ) Knowledge of tools like Canva, Google Sheets, LinkedIn,SEO,SMM or CRM systems is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
