Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic, impact-driven professional to lead CSR partnerships, fundraising, and strategic alliances. The role will manage the complete partnership lifecycle--right from lead generation and proposal development to MoU execution, reporting, and renewal--while aligning corporate CSR objectives with measurable social impact.

Key Responsibilities

CSR Partnerships & Business Development Lead end-to-end CSR and grant fundraising initiatives, including lead identification, proposal development, negotiations, and closures Build and manage partnerships with corporates, foundations, HNIs, multilateral agencies, and government bodies Develop customized, compliance-aligned CSR proposals with strong impact narratives and budgets Maintain and grow a healthy CSR pipeline to support organizational sustainability and scale

Strategic Alliances & Stakeholder Management

Build long-term, purpose-led relationships to drive renewals, program expansions, and multi-year engagements Initiate and formalize MoUs and strategic agreements with cross-sector partners Act as the primary point of contact for key donors and partners, ensuring high satisfaction and retention Program Design, Reporting & Impact Communication Work closely with program, finance, and M&E teams to design fundable CSR programs Oversee donor reporting, utilization certificates, impact reports, and presentations Translate program outcomes into compelling impact stories for stakeholders Support monitoring & evaluation frameworks and data-driven reporting

CRM, Communication & Visibility

Maintain CRM systems and track partnership metrics, proposal status, and funding pipelines Develop donor communication materials such as pitch decks, newsletters, and presentations Represent the organization at CSR forums, partner meetings, and networking platforms

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of CSR regulations in India Proven expertise in CSR fundraising, grants, and partnership development Excellent proposal writing, budgeting, and presentation skills Strategic thinking with strong relationship and stakeholder management abilities Ability to work across teams and manage multiple partners simultaneously Familiarity with SDGs, sustainability, and impact frameworks CRM proficiency; data and reporting tools knowledge is a plus
