We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Professional to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the organization's revenue growth. The role involves market research, lead generation, client engagement, and strategic collaboration with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking
Generate and qualify leads through various channels (calls, emails, meetings, digital platforms)
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
Present company products or services effectively to potential clients
Understand client needs and propose suitable business solutions
Prepare proposals, presentations, and basic cost estimates
Negotiate terms and close deals in alignment with company policies
Track sales pipelines, client interactions, and performance report.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and delivery teams for smooth onboarding and execution
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics
Required Skills & Competencies

Lead generation and prospecting skills
Understanding of sales cycles and customer journey
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or any related field
Prior experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition is preferred
