We are now looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth by acquiring new clients, building strong relationships, and unlocking business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Drive new business by generating leads and acquiring clients for services like Social Media Marketing, SEO, Performance Marketing, ATL/BTL campaigns, and Video Production
Build and nurture long-term client relationships
Conduct market research and analyze trends to shape sales strategies
Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals & pitch decks
Negotiate contracts and close high-value business deals
What We're Looking For
4-7 years of agency-side experience in business development (advertising, digital, or BTL)
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field
Strong communication, presentation & negotiation skills
Proven track record of client acquisition & relationship management
Ability to identify upselling opportunities & deliver on revenue targets
Confident, self-motivated, and business-oriented mindset
