Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, hospitals, and senior citizen communities.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and service gaps.
Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential residents and families.
Client Engagement & Relationship Building
Reach out to potential residents and their families to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
Organize on-site tours and information sessions to showcase our facilities and services.
Maintain long-term relationships with clients, caregivers, doctors, and key influencers.
Strategic Partnerships
Build alliances with hospitals, physicians, rehabilitation centers, NGOs, and community health workers.
Collaborate with marketing teams to execute campaigns and community engagement events.
Reporting & Analysis
Track sales metrics, lead conversions, and occupancy rates.
Present performance reports, insights, and recommendations to senior management.
Brand Advocacy
Represent the organization at community events, expos, and seminars.

Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's Degree (required)
MBA in Healthcare, Marketing, or Sales (preferred)
Experience:
Minimum 3 years in Business Development (preferably in healthcare, hospitality, or related sectors)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
