Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Business Development Manager (BDM)
to lead our
Marketing and Sales
initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies for Hotbin.
Identify new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide business strategy.
Collaborate with internal teams for brand promotions, campaigns, and events.
Prepare business proposals, presentations, and regular performance reports.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of proven experience in business development, marketing, or sales (waste management/industrial product sales preferred).
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and innovative thinker.
