Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to close deals.
Develop strong client relationships for long-term business growth.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal technical/design teams for timely proposals.
Prepare business proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
Maintain regular communication with clients and respond to queries professionally.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and report performance to management.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to position services effectively.
Represent the company at business events, expos, or online promotional activities when needed.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B sales or IT service sales.
Strong knowledge or exposure to digital services such as websites, apps, branding, and marketing solutions.
A strong understanding of sales processes, market trends, and how to effectively position a company's products or services
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in English and local languages (Malayalam).
Must be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable.
Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and manage projects efficiently.
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office suite.
