Role Overview



We are seeking a

This role fits a professional who enjoys client meetings, connecting with startups/SMEs, and building meaningful business relationships that drive consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities



1. CRM & Lead Management



Maintain accurate and updated client/lead data in

Zoho CRM / Zoho Bigin

. Track follow-ups, discussion notes, meeting updates, and lead conversion statuses. Ensure daily CRM hygiene, timely follow-ups, and structured pipeline management. Generate reports from CRM and share insights with management regularly.

2. Lead Generation & Business Development



Directly approach businesses, corporate clients, startups, and decision-makers

for lead generation. Use cold calling, on-ground visits (Indiranagar & surrounding areas), networking events, and referrals. Work on existing data to revive inactive leads and create a steady flow of new opportunities. Pass qualified leads to the sales closure team and maintain alignment for smooth transitions.

3. Client Relationship Management



Engage with clients professionally to understand workspace needs and recommend solutions. Participate in meetings, tours, and discussions to enhance client experience. Identify and suggest up-sell or cross-sell opportunities based on relationship-building.

4. Team Coordination & Review



Conduct daily review discussions on lead progress, follow-ups, and targets. Work closely with the sales team and support functions for seamless coordination. Share performance updates, challenges, and suggestions with management.

5. Market Research & Intelligence



Research local market trends in Indiranagar, Koramangala, HSR, and other key startup hubs. Study competitor offerings, pricing, and industry developments. Identify new sectors and business opportunities through continuous research.

Skills & Competencies



Strong knowledge of

Zoho CRM / Zoho Bigin

(mandatory). Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proficient in

Microsoft Excel

-- analysis, reporting, tracking. Confidence in

direct outreach

-- cold calling, client visits, business pitching. Target-driven with strong ownership and structured working habits. Ability to network within startup, SME, and corporate ecosystems.

Preferred Advantages



Existing network within the startup and workspace community. Prior experience in B2B sales, workspace leasing, corporate solutions, or real estate. Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making. Ability to represent the company in client meetings and professional events confidently.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
