Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities via cold calls, cold emails, and LinkedIn outreach
Qualify leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Present company services effectively to potential clients
Develop long-term relationships and ensure repeat business
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored proposals
Maintain CRM records and track outreach metrics
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of B2B sales or business development experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities
Ability to handle cold outreach confidently and manage rejections professionally
Familiarity with IT/software industry preferred
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
