The Business Development Executive is responsible for handling company-provided leads, pitching IT services, managing client accounts, and driving revenue growth by building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make direct sales calls on company-generated leads
Pitch company products and IT services
Manage client accounts and achieve revenue targets
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Research client needs and support sales decisions
Connect with potential clients via calls, emails, and online meetings
Attend online conferences and client discussions
Stay updated on company products and service offerings
Share updates about new products/services with clients
Prepare quotations and sales proposals
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Sales or project management internship/experience preferred
Knowledge of IT services and web solutions
Detail-oriented with data-driven decision-making skills
Ability to handle clients confidently and professionally
