Salary Package: ₹2,40,000 - ?2,65,000 LPA

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive sales growth and expand market reach in the food manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills, with a proven ability to generate leads and close deals.

Candidate Requirements & Skills

Female candidates preferred Any degree related to Business Development, Sales, or Marketing Minimum 1 year of experience in sales Willingness to work in a mid-sized organization Candidates residing within a 3-5 km radius of Maduravoyal preferred Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills Proven track record in lead generation, deal closure, and target achievement Good working knowledge of MS Office
Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities with wholesalers, distributors, bulk buyers, retailers, and institutional clients (hotels, restaurants, caterers) Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs in the food manufacturing sector Prepare and present product proposals, quotations, and presentations to potential clients Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms as per company policies Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Coordinate with production and logistics teams for timely order fulfillment Collect and share customer feedback to improve products and service delivery Represent the organization at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events Maintain accurate sales records, client databases, and performance reports
