We are hiring a Business Development Executive (Inside Sales) for our e-commerce service-based company. The role focuses on handling customer interactions, lead conversion, and sales support. Candidates must be fluent in Hindi.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
Communicate with customers in Hindi to explain services and close deals
Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth sales operations
Requirements
Hindi speaking is mandatory
Experience in inside sales / telesales / BDE role preferred
Good communication and negotiation skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Basic knowledge of CRM or sales tools is an advantage
