We are seeking a proactive and skilled individual to join our team as a Remote Business Development Executive to manage and convert inbound sales inquiries from our social media channels.

Role Overview

As a Remote Business Development Executive, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients engaging with us on social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X). Your primary mission will be to promptly and professionally address all inbound sales queries, qualify the leads, and nurture them into potential sales opportunities for our agency.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Sales Management



Monitor and Respond:

Proactively monitor all inbound sales-related messages, comments, and inquiries across the agency's primary social media accounts.

Prompt Engagement:

Ensure all social media queries are acknowledged and responded to within a defined service level agreement (SLA) to maintain a high standard of responsiveness.

Discovery and Qualification:

Engage prospects in conversations to understand their business needs, marketing challenges, and goals, using a structured qualification process.

Pipeline Management:

Input and meticulously track all leads, communications, and activities within the agency's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Hand-off:

Successfully qualify leads and schedule introductory calls or meetings with senior sales or account management teams for further negotiation and closing.

Reporting & Strategy



Performance Tracking:

Report weekly on key metrics, including the volume of social media inquiries, lead qualification rates, and the conversion rate from inquiry to qualified opportunity.

Market Feedback:

Gather and provide valuable feedback to the marketing and content teams regarding common prospect questions, pain points, and competitive intelligence derived from social media interactions.
Qualifications & Skills

Required



Experience:

Proven experience (2+ years) in a Business Development, Inside Sales, or Lead Generation role, preferably within the

digital marketing

Social Media Fluency:

Excellent command of professional communication etiquette and best practices across major social media platforms (LinkedIn is critical).

Communication:

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey complex digital marketing concepts simply and persuasively.

CRM Proficiency:

Experience using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) for lead tracking and pipeline management.

Self-Motivation:

Highly disciplined, self-starter who thrives in a

remote work environment

and can manage time effectively.

Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets. A basic understanding of digital marketing terminology and campaign types.
Work Environment

This is a

full-time, 100% remote

position. The candidate must have a reliable internet connection, a dedicated workspace, and be available during agreed-upon business hours.
Compensation & Benefits

Competitive base salary and a performance-based commission/bonus structure
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?11,086.09 - ?25,000.00 per month
